Guarantee

DougWoody Installs LLC warrants that all work will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year.* Customers' sole remedy in the event that DougWoody Installs LLC breaches this Warranty is to require DougWoody Installs LLC to repair or, at DougWoody Installs sole option, replace any defective workmanship or materials. This warranty is the sole warranty provided by DougWoody Installs LLC and replaces any warranty, express or implied, in law or equity.

Limitations on Liability: DougWoody Installs LLC's liability for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by a Customer as a result of performance by DougWoody Installs LLC of its obligations under an agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer under the agreement. Under no circumstances shall DougWoody Installs LLC be liable for any damages caused to a Customer by reason of any delay in commencement or completion of the Project, whether within or outside DougWoody Installs control.

*Exception: Malware Removal (Virus, Spyware, Adware ect...)
